A world movie that explores the Canadian city's more hidden sides. Between reconstructed footage (mostly) and various curiosities, it seems there wasn't much scandalous to report; beyond the usual strip clubs that make up a good portion of the footage, there aren't any particularly graphic or outrageous moments, and mostly the film features tropical snake breeders, hypnotists, New Age charlatans, tribal rituals, prostitution, and similar nonsense, confirming that Canada has never been a transgressive place compared to the rest of the world. Disappointing.
